Volunteer

Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. BraveBeginnings is successful largely due to our amazing ratio of one adult per one to two children. Many volunteers, like Lori Hirce, have been with us since the beginning. Lori not only serves on our Board but also has brought joy and endless energy. Lori has worked closely with the children two mornings a week for 16 years, helped with various fundraisers, and both welcomes and values our newest volunteers.

95% of our teenage volunteers have gone to college and are majoring in a curriculum that will serve children at risk for developmental delays. A short list of majors our amazing teens have selected: Music Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Early Childhood Behavioral Analysis, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy
